Tokyo was having difficulty persuading gamblers to dispose of their losing tickets thoughtfully, until they installed a 160cm tall electric Rocky Mountain goat. He’s now consuming 500 tickets each day. Plans are now afoot to install a giant, electric Tyranosaurus Rex for the UK’s Camelot losers.
