Wal-Mart is featured in Forbes magazine this month for the company’s approach to Go Green.


British Petroleum‘s CAT pipeline suffered damage when a large vessel dragged it’s anchor across it. Based on a visual inspection by divers, the pipeline will require repair before it is safe to start up. A metal sleeve will be put in place to fortify the pipeline.

The United States Congress is voting this week on HR969- a bill to boost solar and wind energy. However, big oil and coal industries are fighting hard against the bill.

SC Johnson – Chile has been named Top Socially Responsible Organization in Chile.


Associated British Foods has reached an agreement with DuPont and BP on an investment to construct a world scale biofuel plant in the UK.

Marks and Spencer has announced its Plan A to reduce waste, combat climate change and safeguard natural resources. They are calling it Plan A because there is no Plan B!
